Flood-waters have broken through yet another levee in Illinois Today. This posses a dangerous sitituation for down stream towns off the Mississippi River.
The Levee breach was located in the western part of Illinois in a town named Meyer. The breach has forced the evacuation of Meyer, Illinois, a town with a population of about 40 to 50 people.
